    Much Better Butter™ Smoothie

    ☀️ Much Better Butter™ Smoothie 🥄

     Ingredients
    1 cup milk (I often use almond and/or oat milk)
    ½ cup yogurt
    1 cup frozen berries
    1 banana, frozen or fresh, sliced
    2 tablespoons Honey Kissed Much Better Butter™ 🐝⁠
    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    ½ - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

     

    How to Make a Much Better Butter™ Smoothie

    Add coconut sugar or more honey if additional sweetness is desired.⁠

    Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, or use an immersion blender in a large pyrex measuring cup. Add more liquid or frozen fruit to get desired consistency. Serve immediately.

    When you have a chocolate craving, substitute 2 tablespoons Chocolate Treat Much Better Butter™. Enjoy!
