Much Better Smoothie
I make this smoothie, on average, seven days a week for my daughter. She loves the taste, and I love that it’s a nutritious, easy to make breakfast or anytime snack for the whole family. Keep it fun and fresh by experimenting with your favorite variety of milk, fruit, flavorings and Much Better Butter™.
1 cup milk of choice (I often use almond and/or oat milk)
½ cup yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
1 banana, frozen or fresh, sliced
2 tablespoons Much Better Butter™ (your favorite flavor)
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
½ - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, or use an immersion blender in a large pyrex measuring cup. Add more liquid or frozen fruit to get desired consistency. Serve immediately.
