Garden Herb Dip
Makes approximately ½ cup dip
2 tablespoons Roasted with Sea Salt Much Better Butter™
½ cup yogurt
1 teaspoon cumin, coriander or paprika
Up to 1/4 cup fresh parsley, cilantro, mint, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons shallots or chives, minced
Salt and pepper
Lemon zest, optional
HOW TO MAKE
Chop fresh herbs, shallots or chives. In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients to yogurt and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Finish with lemon zest for color and added citrus flavor.
May be enjoyed immediately and/or refrigerated for up to one week, if it last that long...
