Better One-Bowl Waffles
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups non-dairy milk
½ cup sunflower oil
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
TOPPINGS
1 tablespoon of Honey-Kissed Much Better Butter™

HOW TO MAKE
Preheat waffle iron.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with whisk until fluffy. Add in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla and stir until smooth.
If needed, spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Once the waffle iron is preheated, add roughly 1 cup batter (or until the surface is almost completely covered) to the waffle iron and close.
Pour mixture onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Remove cooked waffles from the iron, place on a baking sheet, and keep warm in a 200 F oven while continuing to cook waffles until batter is used up.
Serve immediately with Much Better Butter and fresh fruit.
