Acai Smoothie Bowl
When making your smoothie bowl, feel free to use your favorite flavor of Much Better Butter™. Our kids favored Chocolate Treat, surprisingly, in their breakfast bowls.
Makes 1 hearty serving
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas, frozen work best
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 acai pack (3.5 ounce) or 1 scoop acai powder
½ cup plant milk
TOPPINGS
1-2 tablespoons of Chocolate Treat Much Better Butter
Granola
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Sunflower seeds, roasted
Place all the ingredients except the toppings in a high-powered blender. Mix and push down with a smoothie stick or spoon until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour your smoothie into your favorite bowl and have fun with the toppings.
