Makes approximately 14 - 1-in. balls

Bowl of sunflower butter energy balls

Sunflower Seed & Raisin Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 cup sunflower seeds, roasted and unsalted
1 cup raisins
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup Roasted with Sea Salt Much Better Butter™

HOW TO MAKE
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until a nearly-smooth, sticky dough forms.

No food processor? Just get out your sharpest  knife and dice seeds, raisins, and oats  into small pieces on a cutting board. Then combine with sunflower butter.

If the dough is too dry and does not hold together, add 1-2 tablespoons water and process again.

Using the palms of your hands, roll into 1” balls. If not devoured immediately, may be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.

Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Roasted with Sea Salt Much Better Butter™
½ cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cup oats, quick or pulverized in food processor
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE
In a medium bowl, add sunbutter, coconut flour, maple syrup and oats. (Quick or pulverized oats work best for easier mixing.)

Mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Using the palms of your hands, roll into 1” balls. Roll in cocoa powder or unsweetened coconut flakes for tasty variations.

If not devoured immediately, may be stored in an airtight container for up to one week. Enjoy!

Variation: Instead of flour, you may increase oats to 2 ½ cups which makes for a stickier dough and better for rolling with unsweetened coconut flakes or cacao powder.
