4-Ingredient Chia Pudding
There’s a reason chia pudding has become such a popular breakfast food; it’s simple, filling, and delicious. Add healthy fats and fiber into your diet by topping this recipe with our Honey-Kissed sunflower seed butter.
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons whole chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened milk (soy, almond, coconut, rice or hemp)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings
2 tablespoons of Honey-Kissed Much Better Butter™
1/4 cup granola
Fresh strawberries
HOW TO MAKE
In a jar, combine the chia seeds and milk of choice, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix well and set in the refrigerator overnight.
When you’re ready to eat, take out of the fridge and give a quick stir. Top with delicious Honey-Kissed sunflower butter, fruit and granola for a hearty and good-for-you treat.
