1 ripe avocado
1 slice pumpernickel bread
Sprinkling of sea salt flakes, optional
HOW TO MAKE
Toast your slice of pumpernickel bread.
Spread Much Better Butter on your toast and top with sliced or mashed avocado. Add salt, to taste.
